A refreshing overnight oatmeal recipe. Superfood blueberries provide a breakfast rich in heart healthy antioxidants, anti-aging properties and minerals. A recipe that will provide steady energy and potassium needs to keep you fueled for a busy morning.
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients with the exception of the blueberries into a container and store in the refidgerator for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
- When ready to eat, top with blueberries, stir in, and enjoy!
Variations - more calories or less
- Exchange the blueberries for strawberries, or any berries.
- Sprinkle granola on top for a nice crunchy texture.
