Snuggle up and enjoy this extra rich chocolate mug cake on those cold winter evenings, sitting by the fire. Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl add dry ingredients; whisk and set aside.
- In separate bowl whisk egg, water, maple syrup, vanilla and coconut oil. Blend in dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into microwave-safe mug. Place the squares of dark chocolate on top of the batter. Microwave for 90 seconds.
- Remove from microwave and let cake cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with organic powdered sugar.
Variations - more calories or less
- Go gluten free by exchange out with gluten free flour of your choice!
- Recipe makes approximately 20 muffins. (Bake 18-20 minutes)

1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
2 scoops of French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake powder
1 1/2 cup spouted whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 large ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs chia seeds
2 Tbs ground flax seeds
2 Tbs rolled oats, for topping
- (Serves 1)
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 scoops Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake powder
- 1 scoop of INVIGOR8 Collagen Peptides
- ¼ teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp organic maple syrup
- 2-3 squares 72% dark chocolate
- Organic powdered sugar
