These might just be the easiest snack you’ve ever made. All you need is one bowl and a spoon! The protein in the almond butter and INVIGOR8 shake powder make this a super-satisfying, nourishing snack — great for before or after a workout. Feel free to use any nut butter here; the natural, runny kind is best for consistency.
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together ingredients until smooth. If your almond butter is very thick, you may need to add some melted coconut oil for moisture. For more sweetness, add a splash of maple syrup.
- Roll into about 12 balls. Store in the fridge or freezer.
Variations - more calories or less
- Try a different Superfood shake flavor by substituting the Salted Caramel flavor.
- Don't have cocoa powder? Exchange 2 tbs of cocoa powder for 1 scoop of the Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOF8 Superfood powder.

1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
2 scoops of French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake powder
1 1/2 cup spouted whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 large ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs chia seeds
2 Tbs ground flax seeds
2 Tbs rolled oats, for topping
- (Makes 12)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup natural almond butter
- Coconut oil (if needed to thin nut butter)
- ⅓ cup oat flour
- 1 scoop Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
- ¼ tsp sea salt (if using unsalted almond butter)
- Maple syrup (optional)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
2 scoops of French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake powder
1 1/2 cup spouted whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 large ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs chia seeds
2 Tbs ground flax seeds
2 Tbs rolled oats, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs and combine throughly. In a seperate bowl, place the peeled bananas and vanilla extract and mash with a fork.

- Go gluten free by exchange out with gluten free flour of your choice!
- Recipe makes approximately 20 muffins. (Bake 18-20 minutes)
