Gluten Free Peaches 'n Cream Chia Oat Bowl
About This Recipe
This chia oat bowl is high in healthy fats, fiber and protein and low in sugar to keep you energized all the way through lunch. Get creative and add whatever fruit toppings you have on hand.
Instructions
- In a small microwavable bowl, combine the oats and water and microwave for 90 seconds.
- Stir in the chia seeds and INVIGOR8. If the oats seem too thick, add a splash of water or almond milk. Allow the chia seeds to hydrate for 10 minutes.
- Top with chopped peach and almond milk.

1 banana, medium
2 scoops of French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood powder
1 cup of oat milk
1 cup of mixed berries, frozen
A few ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the Vanilla Invigor8 Superfood powder, frozen banana, oat milk, frozen berries and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add some more oat milk to thin it out.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
