 Raw chocolate chip cookie dough

Admit it ... sometimes you love eating raw cookie dough. This version is intentionally raw and uses chickpeas for texture. The chickpeas also add a ton of protein and fiber to keep you more satisfied. Unflavored collagen peptides boosts the protein content even more, creating a well-balanced, healthy version of a favorite treat. 

(Makes approximately 2 cups or 8 servings)

1 15.5-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
3 scoops INVIGOR8 Collagen Peptides
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Place all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in the bowl of a food processor fitted with blade attachment and process until smooth. Pause to scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula as needed.

Add chocolate chips and pulse the processor blade a few times to mix them in. 

Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
