About This Recipe

Admit it ... sometimes you love eating raw cookie dough. This version is intentionally raw and uses chickpeas for texture. The chickpeas also add a ton of protein and fiber to keep you more satisfied. Collagen peptides boosts the protein content even more, creating a well-balanced, healthy version of a favorite treat. 

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in the bowl of a food processor fitted with blade attachment and process until smooth. Pause to scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula as needed.
  • Add chocolate chips and pulse the processor blade a few times to mix them in. 
  • Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
