About This Recipe
Make these patriotic popsicles for your Fourth of July celebration. All you need is four ingredients, a popsicle mold and popsicle sticks for a nourishing, refreshing and festive treat!
Instructions
- Set out two small bowls. Place each kind of berry in a bowl and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp of sugar over each bowl. Mix to coat well. Let sit at room temperature till the berries start to macerate and secrete juices (approximately 45 minutes). Mash the fruit gently with a fork to help release juices.
- In a third bowl, mix the INVIGOR8 powder with yogurt till smooth.
- Add one heaping spoonful of yogurt to six popsicle molds. Repeat with the raspberries or strawberries, then more yogurt and finish off with the blueberries or blackberries. Repeat for each popsicle mold. Gently tap the popsicle molds a little to make sure there are no air bubbles. At this point, you can use a spoon or popsicle stick to swirl the layers together if desired.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours. To remove, run warm water on the outside of the popsicle molds to loosen.
