About This Recipe
These cookie alternatives pack a dose of healthy fat, natural sugar from dates, and a ton of protein from the collagen peptides. All these ingredients make them a much more nutritious — but still tasty — option than traditional snickerdoodle cookies.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a small bowl, whisk sugar , flax egg, vanilla, oil, Plant Protein + Collagen and milk until well combined.
- In another bowl whisk flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine dry & wet ingredients.
- Fold in grated carrot.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
