About This Recipe

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a small bowl, whisk sugar , flax egg, vanilla, oil, Plant Protein + Collagen and milk until well combined.
  • In another bowl whisk flour, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Combine dry & wet ingredients.
  • Fold in grated carrot.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
