Superfood Bliss Balls

These bliss balls deliver a hefty nutrient and protein shot and make a tasty pre- or post-workout snack. We added turmeric for a good dose of antioxidants to help fight inflammation and detoxify your body.

Recipe
(Makes 12 balls)

1 cup cashews
½ cup almond flour
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp + 1/2 cup flax seeds
⅛ tsp salt
¼ cup dried cherries
1 scoop French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp turmeric

In a food processor, add the cashews, almond flour, chia seeds and salt. Process until the mixture starts to clump, about 2 minutes.

Add the cherries, INVIGOR8 vanilla shake, coconut oil, cinnamon and turmeric. Pulse a few times to break up the cherries and incorporate the ingredients. 

Roll into 12 balls, then roll each ball in the remaining flax seeds. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
