Gluten Free Superfood Bliss Balls
About This Recipe
These bliss balls deliver a hefty nutrient and protein shot and make a tasty pre- or post-workout snack. We added turmeric for a good dose of antioxidants to help fight inflammation and detoxify your body.
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the cashews, almond flour, chia seeds and salt. Process until the mixture starts to clump, about 2 minutes.
- Add the cherries, INVIGOR8 vanilla shake, coconut oil, cinnamon and turmeric. Pulse a few times to break up the cherries and incorporate the ingredients.
- Roll into 12 balls, then roll each ball in the remaining flax seeds. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
