Gluten Free Vanilla Cinnamon Protein Peanut Butter

This recipe makes it easy to increase protein in your diet! Nut butters are naturally high in protein, but INVIGOR8 shake powder adds even more protein plus nourishing ingredients. Cinnamon and vanilla make this recipe taste similar to peanut butter cookie dough. Spread it on toast, smear it on a banana or eat it straight up with a spoon.
Instructions
- Empty the peanut butter jar into a medium-sized bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Store in the fridge in a mason jar or other storage container with a lid.
- Spread on toast, banana or eat by the spoonful!

1 16 oz jar natural peanut butter
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake powder
½ tsp salt (add only if peanut butter is unsalted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs and combine throughly. In a seperate bowl, place the peeled bananas and vanilla extract and mash with a fork.
Variations - more calories or less
- Go gluten free by exchange out with gluten free flour of your choice!
- Recipe makes approximately 20 muffins. (Bake 18-20 minutes)
