About This Recipe
Vanilla and peppermint make this tea latte a great option for the mid-afternoon slump. Peppermint and protein provide an energy boost so you can get all your tasks accomplished.
Instructions
- Place almond milk in a small saucepan set over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then add the peppermint tea bag.
- Let the tea bag steep in simmering milk for 10 minutes, or longer for a stronger peppermint flavor.
- Remove milk from heat and discard the tea bag.
- Use a handheld or battery-powered whisk to mix in vanilla extract, peppermint extract, honey and collagen. Whisk until frothy.
- Enjoy while warm.

- Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth. Enjoy immediately for freshness.
