About This Recipe
Ginger will add a kick to your smoothie while bolstering your health. Both ginger and pineapple have anti-inflammatory properties to help ease muscle soreness after your workout. Ginger is also an antioxidant and acts as a fat burner — promoting weight loss from fat rather than muscle or water loss.
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into the blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!!
Variations - more calories or less
- Exchange out the almond milk for a milk of your choice.
