- Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
Variations - more calories or less
- Change out the French Vanilla powder for the Himalayan Salted Caramel INVIGOR8 Shake powder.
