An apple a day certainly can keep the doctor away while brightening your smile! Apples come in many different varieties with a wide range in sweetness and tartness. Pick one of your favorite varieties and create an awesome smoothie.
Instructions
- Toss all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and shake a touch of cinnamon on top. Enjoy for breakfast or dessert.
